up at the thought of it, but for the rest of us, we could find quite a
few useful places for that money. If you put an extra $100 per month on
the average mortgage, you’ll shave about 7 years off of the life of
your loan. $100 could be the difference between paying the minimum
balance on your credit cards and paying into the balance. Or, a well
deserved night out for you and your sweetie! Any way you look at it,
$100 is $100.

surprise that the market has been and will continue to fall for “low mileage, high power vehicles”.
“For Sale” signs are popping up all over the windshields of any vehicle
that gets less than 25 miles on one gallon of fuel. The crunch is on,

Growing up, my father always tried to teach me a few tidbits of information in the ways of home building and repair. My dad built his home with his own two hands, with, of course, help from my mom and my brother. So, I have a lot of respect for "do it youself" tasks. He always told me “If something moves and it’s not supposed to, you need duct tape. If something doesn’t move and it’s supposed to, you need WD-40”. These are words that I live by. Of course, being a crafty female, I have added my glue gun to the list of necessities, because if something is moving and it shouldn’t and is visible to others , you need a glue gun.
